Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Herithread Leather LLC, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth experience should you need to return or cancel an order.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange almost everything within this period for a full refund or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t entered production. Once an order is acknowledged and production begins, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us at contact@herithred.com within 24 hours to request a cancellation.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your exchange order. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

For refunds, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Defects must be reported at the time of delivery. After confirmation via email, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. Once processed, refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days depending on your credit card issuer.

Eligibility for Refund/Return

You are eligible for a refund or return in the following cases:

  • Receipt of the wrong product
  • Product defects
  • Damage during shipping
  • Tampered product

Please note, personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Additional Notes

In case of returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs. We provide sizing guides to assist in selecting the correct size; however, we may exchange an item for a different size if available, subject to shipping costs borne by the customer.

Color variations may occur due to lighting and camera quality; claims regarding minor color differences are not accepted unless significant.

Consumer Guarantees

For minor problems with products, we aim to provide a remedy within a reasonable timeframe. This may include replacement, repair, or refund, as deemed appropriate by Herithread Leather LLC.

Exceptions

Customers do not have a right to return a product if they:

  • Change their mind about the product
  • Order the wrong product
  • Find a cheaper or better product elsewhere
  • Were aware of a fault before purchasing

Refunds for Change of Mind

Generally, we do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind. Custom-made items, regardless of measurement accuracy, are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
